The perfect snack!
Ingredients:
- 1 cup organic plain oats
- 1 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
- ½ cup sliced almonds
- ½ cup dairy-free chocolate chips
- ½ cup cashew or almond butter
- 1/3 cup organic honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 scoop protein powder & 1 scoop green superfood powder (optional)
Directions:
- Combine all ingredients in large mixing bowl until thoroughly incorporated
- Place in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes so ingredients can set-up together
- Once chilled, roll into 1 inch balls
- Store in refrigerator in an air tight container
