Energy Bites

The perfect snack!


  • 1 cup organic plain oats
  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
  • ½  cup sliced almonds
  • ½ cup dairy-free chocolate chips
  • ½ cup cashew or almond butter
  • 1/3 cup organic honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 scoop protein powder & 1 scoop green superfood powder (optional)


  • Combine all ingredients in large mixing bowl until thoroughly incorporated
  • Place in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes so ingredients can set-up together
  • Once chilled, roll into 1 inch balls
  • Store in refrigerator in an air tight container
