Homemade Chunky Bleu Cheese

Bleu Cheese

You will never go back to processed bleu cheese dressing!

(This recipe makes about 3-4 cups)


  • 2-3 cups organic Greek yogurt (plain)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp pepper
  • 1- 4oz tub of bleu cheese crumbles



  • Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and stir thoroughly
  • Add salt & pepper to taste
  • Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving
  • Enjoy!


Use this recipe for dipping veggies, on top of a salad, or with our buffalo chicken tender recipe!
