You will never go back to processed bleu cheese dressing!
(This recipe makes about 3-4 cups)
- 2-3 cups organic Greek yogurt (plain)
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp pepper
- 1- 4oz tub of bleu cheese crumbles
- Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and stir thoroughly
- Add salt & pepper to taste
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving
