Slimming Green Smoothie

Great for breakfast or dessert!

Ingredients

  • 1 small banana or half a large banana
  • 1 handful baby spinach
  • 1 cup fresh berries
  • 1 level scoop of your favorite protein powder (I used coconut flavor)
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond/coconut milk or water
  • A handful of ice cubes

 

Directions

  • Add all ingredients into blender
  • Blend until perfection!

Chia Pudding!

Chia Pudding

The perfect snack or dessert!

Ingredients for basic vanilla chia pudding:

  •          ¼ cup organic chia seeds
  •          ¾ cup unsweetened almond milk or unsweetened coconut milk
  •          1 tbsp organic maple syrup
  •          1 tbsp vanilla extract

 


 

Add a variety of different ingredients for your own flavor!

Frozen/fresh blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, etc.

Raisins

Cinnamon

1 tbsp almond/cashew butter

1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder

 


 

Directions:

  •          Combine the ingredients for the basic vanilla chia pudding into a small mason jar or storage container.
  •          Add any flavor(s) of your choice, mix thoroughly, and place in refrigerator overnight.
  •          The chia seeds will absorb the liquid and transform into a pudding-like texture!
  •          Top with chopped nuts, dairy free chocolate chips, or fruit for a delicious snack or dessert!

  • Honey Dew Melon

A fresh and bright fruit salad is perfect for a mid-morning snack!  I do my grocery shopping on Sundays and when I get home I cut up & wash all my fruit!  This is a great snack to bring with you everyday!  Its full of vitamins and nutrients to help balance your soul!

  • 1 bottle Suja Juice (you can use coconut water if you don’t have Suja Juice)
  • A handful of ice cubes
